Interesting day in the field for a new recruit but now faced with a major dilemma. His boss gave specific instructions, go to this telephone poll and cut customer B’s service. All he said was cut the black wire only and don’t mess it up or you are fired. So you think you are having a bad day at work? How would you like to have this poor guys job of figuring out that mess of wires?

What to do?
