Weird wacky news, A Croatian inventor who has stuck a horseshoe on a light bulb is now asking 500,000 Euro for it.

Vladimir Kulic came up with the idea after examining the fragile properties of the bulb’s glass compared to the heavy iron horseshoe. Sounds like a great new invention idea to me.

He now says he has worked out how to fuse the two together without damaging the glass on the 60 watt bulb, but is remaining tight-lipped on the discovery. (no doubt super glue has a hand in this) I really hope he knows how to patent ideas because I’m sure GE or Phillips will grab this invention of lighting innovation.

“This is the most unique light bulb in the world. I’ll tell how I did it to the person that buys it. I can only say it is a complicated process,” the inventor said to Croatian Times. (I can not deny that)

He has now put it up for sale on his official website.

Besides the so-called shod bulb, he has also come up with a range of other oddities such as miniature violins.

Perhaps the “idea” light bulb that goes on in ones head would carry more weight if hit in the head with horse shoe. Some inventions are best not shared. I do not see a bright future ahead for the wacky weird horse shoe light buld, which a milestone from Franjo Hanaman (1878–1941) a Nobel prize winning Croatian inventor, engineer, and chemist, who gained world recognition for inventing the world’s first applied electric light-bulb with a metal filament (tungsten)

Horse shoe symbolizes luck, perhaps Vladimir’s idea was to create a lucky bulb that never burns out or maybe induce creativity.
